Gift card policy

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service for redemption. Gift cards have a 5-year expiration but will lose value at 10% reduction yearly beginning 24 months after purchase date. They may be used for services and products other than specified on the gift card description for an equal or lesser valued service/product. Gift cards are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties. Shamas Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or unauthorized use
